Lean In Network Zurich
Lean In Networks, and their associated Leaders and volunteers are supported by an initiative of LeanIn.Org, the nonprofit organization founded by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg to empower women to achieve their ambitions and work to create a more equal world. Lean In Network Zurich is proud to be an official Network in Lean In’s Network Leaders Program.
What is a Lean In Network?
Lean In Networks are independently run volunteer organizations that work to further Lean In’s mission to build a more equal world. Networks support women who live in the same city or work in the same industry, by connecting them through events and Lean In Circles – small peer groups that meet regularly to learn and grow together. Lean In Network Zurich is part of a global program of more than 100 Lean In Networks across 45 countries.
What Lean In Networks do to support their local Lean In circles and communities
Host events to bring together their local community and the broader virtual community including networking events, speaker series and workshops.
Actively support Lean In Circles by connecting Circle Leaders and sharing best practices.
Work with the LeanIn.Org team to further their global mission while building their own grassroots community.
Who can be a member of our Network?
We welcome anyone who wants to join our community to be part of our Lean In Network. Our members include people who live and work in and around Zurich, in addition to those who live in other parts of the country or world but travel often to our city or want to participate in our community through our virtual events.
